Robert,
I was driving through Plainview and noticed UMC is planning on opening a clinic
there in the near future. A little checking found that UMC has budgeted $4 mil
for the clinic there. A little concerning since they keep raising our taxes
every year and now are spending it on a clinic in Hale county. How much money is
Hale county paying into UMC taxes? None I a sure. What do you think?
