End the "gag-order"? Why would the City want that?!

Anita Burgess wants the gag order lifted from the AAG trial. After all, there will be no jury trial, so there is no need to worry about tainting a jury pool through the media, right?

But what about the local media being able to legally disseminate misleading or less than fully factual information regarding this suit to influence VOTERS in the next mayoral election which is less than two months away.

Come on, David Miller! Come on, Anita Burgess!

Not ALL of the voters in Lubbock are as stupid as you think they are.
