Robert,
David Miller's remarks yesterday regarding the AAG debacle were at best "lame"
in my opinion.
If that's the best he has, he can color himself gone, again, in my opinion. But
there is still a smell in the air, and it smells like a skunk to me. Again, in
my humble opinion, if we examine who has the most to lose in the mayoral race,
then I would submit that neither of the candidates are in that position.
Instead, I believe that certain key City employees have the most to lose,
starting with Lee Ann Dumbauld. Is there any correlation between the
divisiveness that exists among our elected City leaders and Ms. Dumbauld's
tenure as City Manager?
Mr. Miller's blame game is laughable. I really thought that the guy was smarter
than that to take such weak positions. Has anyone told him yet that Tom
Martin was NOT the Mayor leading the last City Council?
He's going to be really disappointed when he realizes that the fine citizens of
Lubbock can at least remember Marc McDougal. Laughable, just laughable.
