Note: I compiled the above information from lists, pie charts, and maps from the power point presentation into this condensed form to refute claims that the City will only pay for infrastructure such as street closures and underground utility work. I just accessed a disc of the entire report which will probably expand or alter details in the above summary. This was compiled to show some huge taxpayer funded proposed projects with an estimated cost of $220,172,500. Mikel Ward
