Just in MY opinion only, Wayne Havens is not a smart man—he should have put off building any gender only schools until funding become available to build both at once—and then and only then go full steam to build both separate programs at once—with parent guided wellness education for both.

Just in my opinion, Havens sometimes has mixed nuts in his head as a brain.
