Pratt,

Dodd proposed a bill to limit overdraft fees charged by banks because we all know banks are evil corporate monsters.

But I have the best way to reduce overdraft fees. BALANCE YOUR CHECK BOOK and do not write checks, debit, or withdraw cash you do not have.

This simple act will reduce overdraft fees to zero, without government intervention.

Personal responsibility, a novel concept in today's world.
