Pratt,
I just got my mail...a letter from the U.S. Department of Commerce informing me that in about a week I'll be receiving my Census form in the mail. I'm surprised that I didn't get a letter last week giving me a heads-up that I would be receiving this warning letter this week. Seems like a handy way to keep the postal workers employed...send out tons of stupid, pointless heads-up letters. I figure it costs close to a buck to print and mail these things; it makes me wonder what good could have been done with that couple of hundred million bucks.
